Street Crime Division Targets Problem House; Drug Arrests Follow

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — (SAPD Press Release) Pursuant to the San Angelo Police Department’s continued effort to target problem/nuisance drug residences reported in the city, Investigators with the Department’s Street Crimes Division developed probable cause to name 30-year-old Kendrick J. Gray to be in possession of Cocaine at a residence in the 4400 block of Southwest Boulevard. 

On Tuesday, March 27, 2018, Investigators applied for an Evidentiary Search Warrant, which was granted by Judge Barbara Walther.  Gray was located and detained during the search, which yielded a quantity of suspected Cocaine and narcotics distribution paraphernalia.  

Gray was arrested and charged with state Jail Felony Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 and was transported to the Tom Green County Jail. 

The Department’s Patrol Division and K9 Unit assisted with the operation.
