3rd Suspect in Big Spring's KFC Shooting Arrested

 

BIG SPRING, TX — Update: At approximately 5:45 p.m. Monday, Marqavion "Quay" Williams turned himself into Law Enforcement and has since been arrested, according to a post by the Big Spring Police Department. 

Williams was charged with five counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and two additional warrants, one for Burgllary of a Habitation, and the other for Theft of a Firearm. 

Williams was arraigned this morning. 

Original Story: Big Spring Police Department updated their information about a shooting that took place at the KFC in Big Spring on March 16. Police are seeking the public’s help finding a third suspect, Marqavion “Quay” Donshay Williams, age 17.

“Through the course of the investigation of the KFC shooting investigation the Big Spring Police Department Criminal Investigations Division has found Williams, black/male, along with Villa and Hernandez, were actively engaged in shooting at the two vehicles,” according to the Big Spring police.

Detectives submitted five probable cause affidavits to a Justice of the Peace at which time five Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon warrants were issued for the arrest of Marqavion Williams.

The two other suspects, Hernandez and Villa, have been arrested and charged with five counts each of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon a Second Degree Felony Offense.
