SAN ANGELO, TX — Police responded to a call about a shooting in the 200 block S. Fillmore at around 12:15 p.m. Monday.

Above: Police were seen escorting a man in handcuffs to a cruiser.
We observed one male suspect in handcuffs being escorted away by police. Police tape designating the apartment building were the suspect was seen being handcuffed has been put up.

Update 1:20 p.m.
San Angelo Police Department Spokeswoman Cpl. Tracy Gonzalez said police received a call at 12:23 p.m. about a shooting at the 200 block of S. Fillmore St.
The location is now a crime scene, she said.
Gonzalez said that more information will be released later this afternoon.
She did not confirm if a suspect was in custody.
Our reporters observed the ambulance leaving the scene empty.
