Wednesday Booking Report: Falling Asleep at the Wheel, Resisting Arrest, and More

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Wednesday booking report shows that 21 people were arrested and booked in Tom Green County jail yesterday.

Chriselda Miles Esquivel, 35, was arrested around 11:15 p.m. yesterday for Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest Search or Transport. After police were dispatched to the area of E. Beauregard and S. Oakes Street for the report of a woman walking in traffic.

Dalton Timothy Franklin, 24, was arrested around 4:00 a.m. for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carrying Weapon. Police were dispatched to the drive-thru lane at the Whataburger on Sherwood Way. The report stated that there was a man asleep behind the wheel of a running vehicle.

Janet Lee Spradley, 52, was arrested for 3 warrants and Fail to Identify a Fugitive from Justice at the Super 8 Motel, 410 W. Avenue L.

Sally Margaret Stewart, 52, was arrested for Criminal Trespassing early yesterday around 1:00 a.m. Police were dispatched to the Stripes located at 935 Knickerbocker Road for the report of an unwanted subject that locked herself in the women’s restroom and refused to leave.
