San Angelo Police Issue Multi-State Request to Find Elder Abuse Suspects

SAN ANGELO, TX— Investigators with the San Angelo Police Department are issuing a multi-state request to help locate a couple awaiting trial for a 2015 case of elder abuse that led to the death of a 77-year old San Angelo woman.

On March 30, 2015, the San Angelo Police Department began investigating the death of Edna Adian, who died due to neglect under the care of Ramon Ricardo Garcia, 58, and Debra Lee Garcia, 60.  Both were indicted for Injury to the Elderly (Causes SBI/Death) and were set to go to trial in March of 2017; however, the couple fled San Angelo.
