Man in Critical Condition after Odessa Apartment Shooting this Morning

 

ODESSA, TX — A shooting at an apartment building in Odessa has left one person in critical condition.

According to Odessa Police, a call for a disturbance at the Arbor Oaks Apartments around 4:45 a.m. Thursday and officers responded.

As police headed to the scene, dispatch advised that the caller had heard gunshots and screaming coming from a nearby apartment. Officers arrived to the scene and found a man, Jadson Ephriam, 19, had been shot several times and was transported to a local hospital in a private vehicle.

The suspect in the shooting fled the scene before police had arrived, according to CBS7.

Ephriam is at the hospital in critical condition and investigators are asking for anyone with information in reference to this case should call the Odessa Police Department or Odessa Crime Stoppers at 432.333.TIPS.
