Monday and Tuesday Booking Report: Lies, Assault, and Public Intoxication

SAN ANGELO, TX — Monday and Tuesdays booking shows a total 41 people arrested and booked in Tom Green County jail.

MONDAY

Ruben Fabian Delagarza, 34, was arrested in the early hours of Monday around 3:00 a.m. for Public Intoxication, Unlawful Possession of Firearm, and Unlawful Carry of Weapon. The arrest came after police were following an investigation into shots fired near the 200 block of S. Chadbourne Street. At the time of the investigation, marijuana was found on Delagarza and he was subsequently charged with Possession of Marijuana.

Vernon Westley Bruton, 28, was arrested on Monday around 5:30 p.m. on the charges Public Intoxication and Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia. The arrest came after police were dispatched to the area of Pecos and N. Park for the report of a suspicious person.

Terrel Dix, 23, was arrested around 6:00 p.m. on Monday for Soliciting for Sales Without Permit. Police were dispatched to the 7500 block of Aspen Avenue for the report of a solicitor. Dix lied to police about having a City-issued sales permit and was arrested.

TUESDAY

Jerra Caitlin Bauerlin, 33, was arrested for Assault Class C and Resist Arrest Search or Transport around 10:10 p.m. on Tuesday. The arrest came following a domestic violence investigation in the 1000 block of E. 43^rd Street.

Valdo Fierro Galindo, 48, was arrested early Tuesday morning around 5:00 a.m. for the charge of Display Fictitious License Plate, CLB following a traffic stop near S. Abe and W. Washington.

Juan Arizaga, 46, was arrested for Public Intoxication Tuesday night after police were dispatched to the 100 block of W. 1^st Street.
