Evading Arrest, Drug Possession, Burglary, and More on this Week's Booking Report

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – This week has been a busy one for the Tom Green County jail. Since Monday there have been 61 people process and booked.

On Monday, Juan Hernandez Baeza, 23, was arrested for Evading Arrest Detention, Possession/Delivery of Drug Paraphernalia, and a warrant for MTR* Possession of a Controlled Substance. Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Greenwood Street for the report of suspicious subjects who appeared to be attempting to burglarize an apartment. A second suspect also fled Officers but was not apprehended.

Another from Monday’s blotter was Levi Cheyenne Gibbs, 26, who was arrested for a Parole Violation warrant and Jimmie Dewayne Hageman, 51, was arrested for Theft Class C and 2 warrants. Police were called to the Walmart on W. 29th Street for a report of a theft and unwanted subject on the premises.

On Tuesday, Fernando Alexis Martinez, 35, was arrested and Officers know him as being a fugitive as well as being a suspect in recent investigations. Martinez was arrested for Fail To Identify From Justice, Burglary of Habitation, Burglary of Vehicle, and 7 warrants during a traffic stop in the 900 block of Shiloh. Martinez gave Officers a false name and initially refused to exit his vehicle.

Wednesday at around 2:45 a.m., Officers were dispatched to the 1600 block of Sunset Drive to investigate a domestic violence call. After arriving and investigating the incident, Joshua Albert Cabrera, 24, was arrested Assault Class C Family Violence, Interfere with Emergency Request for Assistance. 

Thursday report will be updated when details are released.
