Courtroom Learns That San Angelo LIVE! is Accurate

SAN ANGELO, TX — Sweetwater attorney Chris Hartman took the stand in the John Young hearing for a new trial Wednesday evening.  

Hartman was asked by prosecuting attorneys about a series of texts between Hartman and his ex-wife Katie Hartman.  Chris Hartman testified that he texted Katie asking about the affidavit she filed about him forging John Sullivan’s will.  Chris Hartman told Katie he learned about the affidavit on San Angelo LIVE!  Katie texted, “don’t believe stupid San Angelo LIVE!”  

Chris Hartman testified that he texted back, “I read San Angelo LIVE! and I have the affidavit.  San Angelo LIVE! is accurate.”
