Finally, the Pre-Trial of Isidro Delacruz Concludes

SAN ANGELO, TX -- As the final pre-trial concludes, the suspense is rising for the Isidro Delacruz trial too begin. The pre-trial began at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom A.

Today's pre-trial discussed any specific concerns with any of the jurors and if there are any concerns with the jurors who have requested to be excused from the jury selection.

As both sides expressed no concern for the jurors who have requested exemptions, both the defense and the State presented the drafts for charges and punishments at the conclusion of the trial.

The Honorable Judge Ben Woodward told the panel that he would review all the juror exemption requests and final paperwork before the juror selection.

The 350 jurors are expected to meet at the McNease Convention Center for juror selection on Jan. 11.
