Manslaughter Suspect Back in Jail for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon

 

SAN ANGELO, TX—The main suspect in the July shooting death of 18-year-old Victor Omar Duarte, a former football player at Central High School who had just graduated, was arrested again on Monday.

Xavior Arzola was arrested by the San Angelo Police Department on a charge for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon.

On July 19, Arzola was booked for Manslaughter and released on a $20,000 bond in Duarte's death. He sits in jail again Monday on a $500 bond, according to jail records.

For the other 62 people arrested over the weekend, the charges include:

  • No Proof of Financial Responsibility: 4
  • Expired Registration: 2
  • Displaying Fictitious Registration Sticker: 2
  • Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled Substance:1
  • Forgery Financial Instrument: 1
  • Theft: 4
  • Possession Marijuana: 5
  • Racing: 2
  • VPTA: 4
  • Theft of Firearm: 1
  • Duty on Striking Landscape/Fixture: 1
  • Evading Arrest: 1
  • No Driver's License: 1
  • Comm.: 4
  • Redlight Violation: 1
  • Terroristic Threat: 1
  • Burglary of a Building: 2
