911 was Interrupted for Verizonn Wireless Customers in San Angelo Friday

SAN ANGELO, TX – (from S.A.P.D. press release) UPDATE: 911 lines are back up and running. If you need to you can still send tips through the text line, but you can also call emergency personnel from 911.

This morning, San Angelo police stated that Verizon 911 Lines were down for Tom Green and surrounding counties.  The issue was fixed and resolved.
