Two Motions to Revoke Probation Highlight Weekend Booking Report

 

TOM GREEN, TX-- A total of 30 arrests were made in Tom Green County over the weekend.

 
Rudy Hernandez was picked up on a Motion to Revoke his probation for the crime of Theft of less than ten goats, adjudged on October 2, 2012, for multiple violations including non payment to the courts, failure to attend required educational programs, public intoxication, failure to report and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
 
Quentin Dante Balderaz was also picked up on a Motion to Revoke his five year probation of a 2015 Burglary of a Habitation. Balderaz' Motion to Revoke stems from a 2016 indictment on a charge for Sexual Assault of a Minor Under the Age of 17.

Possession of a Dangerous drug: 1
Negligent Homicide: 1
Theft of Livestock: 1
Cruelty of Livestock: 1
Driving While Intoxicated: 1
Sale to a Minor: 1
