Miller To Stay In Jail After Violating $750K PR Bond

SAN ANGELO, TEXAS — Just 48-hours after being released on a $750K personal recognizance (PR) bond, Robert Miller has violated his bond terms by communicating with his wife and co-defendant, Ludonna Miller.

Miller was released on the PR bond after he was not formally indicted on murder charges within 90-days of being in police custody. Judge Weatherby on Wednesday issued a $750,000 PR bond for Miller’s release from custody. The terms of his bond included, but were not limited to, wearing an ankle monitor, ordered to house arrest, daily reporting, and no contact with the co-defendant. See the details of Wednesday's court proceedings here

However, newly received court documents show that Miller has violated his bond terms by communicating to Ludonna  Miller with a written letter .

Miller is accused of murdering his late wife Naomi Miller in Dec. of 2005. Naomi Miller's body was found buried in the ground of the former San Angelo Speedway in March of this year. Grisly details of the murder uncovered in March can be found here

Miller will remain in jail on a new bond amount.
