ABILENE, TX -- A four-time convicted sex offender was arrested by Abilene police on Wednesday following an act of indecency with a group of young boys.
According to court documents, on June 25, Justin Ray Rondot, 28, parked his truck on EN 13th Street and observed a 10-year-old boy playing with his brother and two friends.
One of the boys walked-up to Rondot's truck and saw him "playing with himself."
The boy rushed to get his mother who then ran to Rondot's car where she also witnessed Rondot in the act of pleasuring himself.
Rondot drove away from the scene after seeing the mother.
The mother ran after Randot and located his truck down the street. She further witnessed Rondot exit his vehicle and pull his pants up as he walked towards his house.
Abilene police later confirmed that the truck the mother and three boys had seen was registered to Rondot, who lived a block away from where the incident occurred.
Rondot denied all allegations claiming, "the neighborhood was trying to set him up." Rondot has since been charged with Indecency with a Child, and has a bond set at $75,000.
Rondot's previous convictions date back to 2013 for Indecent Exposure. All of Rondot's victims were adult woman, and Rondot was ordered to register as a sex offender until 2025 as a result of his offenses.
