SAN ANGELO, TX — The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the body of a missing person at the former San Angelo Raceway location northeast of San Angelo on FM 2105.
According to authorities, the case is part of a two-year investigation into the disappearance of a woman. The Sheriff arrested the woman’s husband, Robert Lamar Miller, 45, on March 2. He was charged with murder and theft of property less than $750 in value. He was held in the Tom Green County Jail in lieu of $501,000 in bonds.
Sources tell San Angelo LIVE! that the investigation into the disappearance of Miller’s wife, Naomi, started in 2015 when a wife’s relative reported her missing. Law enforcement found evidence at Robert Miller’s former San Angelo home that led them to believe a body had been hidden there decomposing. Authorities believed the body was moved.
