SAPD Arrests 35-Year-Old Felon for Cocaine and Firearm

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - Today, members of the San Angelo Police Department’s Street Crimes Division, K-9 Unit, and Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division executed a Search and arrest warrant at a residence located in the 600 block of W. 16th Street.

Public Information Officer Tracy Gonzalez said, "The warrant, issued by Justice of the Peace Judge Eddie Howard, named 35-year-old Frank Anthony Fay, Jr. to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine. Fay was located at the residence and taken into custody without incident." 

While searching the residence, investigators located and seized approximately 40 grams of crack cocaine, items commonly used in drug trafficking, approximately $600.00 in U.S. Currency, and a rifle with ammunition, Gonzalez said.

Fay was transported to the Tom Green County Jail and charged with Felony 1 Manufacture Delivery of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 and Felon in Possession of Firearm.
