"At approximately 2:40 a.m. this morning, San Angelo Police were dispatched to a residence in the 3500 block of Canadian Street for the report of a shooting victim," she reaffirmed.
Gonzalez added that, upon arrival, officers entered the residence and located an 18-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the upper arm.
"Officers applied a Combat Application Tourniquet until San Angelo Fire Department Medics arrived and transported the victim to a nearby hospital for further treatment," she explained. "The man’s injuries are said to be non-life threatening."
