SAPD Arrests Man at Community Medical Center for Indecent Exposure

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – In addition to a power outage this week, San Angelo Community Medical Center staff had to deal with an unruly situation.

Last night, at around 9:30 p.m., San Angelo Police dispatched to SACMC’s Emergency Room for the report of indecent exposure.

At that point, officers arrested 36-year-old Ricky Shane Pharr, and transported him to the Tom Green County Jail. He was booked at 10:34 p.m.

This is Pharr’s 13th arrest in Tom Green County. He was previously arrested for aggravated sexual assault of a child, failing to register as a sex offender when required, burglary, forgery, theft, drugs and more. His bond is set at $500.

Including Pharr, and since our last update on Monday, 36 people were arrested in TGC. Out of those arrests, 26 people had outstanding warrants, four people had both warrants and new complaints, and six people were booked on new crimes only.

The crimes to make the new complaint list include:

  • Fail to Identify Fugitive from Justice/Intent Give Fict. Info: 3
  • ICE Hold: 1
  • Possession of Marijuana: 3
  • Driving While License of Invalid: 1
  • Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Violence: 1
  • Terroristic Threat of Family: 1
