Abilene Police Need Help Identifying Robbery Suspect

 

ABILENE, TX - The Abilene Police Department is seeking help identifying the suspect in the pictures above for a robbery that occurred at a grocery store located in the 3300 block of South 14th St. The incident occurred on Friday, Oct. 28, just before noon.

The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male in his 20s or 30s. He is approximately 5 feet 6 inches, and weighs about 150 pounds. At the time of the crime, he was wearing a grey knit hat with a mustang horse patch on the front and sunglasses, tan pullover shirt or jacket that zipped on the front, navy blue athletic type pants, black shoes and grey gloves. The suspect was also wearing ear buds connected to an electronic device on an arm band.

Abilene Police said, "On Friday, Oct. 28 at 11:57, the suspect entered the store, walked up to the service counter located in the front of the store, handed the clerk a note demanding money, and fled the scene on foot. The suspect took an undetermined amount of cash from the store."
