TGCSO: San Angelo Man Wanted For Forgery of Financial Instrument

SAN ANGELO, TX - Tom Green County Sheriff's Office officials are asking for the public's help finding Lewis Jason Cowart, 59, who is wanted for forgery of a financial instrument.

TGCSO said Cowart's last known address was in the 700 block of N. Jackson. He is a 6'2" white male with brown hair, blue eyes, and he weighs approximately 250 pounds.
