TGCSO Needs Help Finding This Wanted San Angelo Man

SAN ANGELO, TX - Tom Green County Sheriff's Office officials are looking for 28-year-old Michael Darwin Chappell, who is wanted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Officials described Chappell as a white male, 5'8", and he has brown hair and blue eyes.

His last known address is in the 2700 block of Bowie Street.
