San Angelo Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - This weekend, local law enforcement had their hands full with vehicle burglaries, drugs, assault and indecent exposure. Eliseo Torres, Jr., 47, was charged with the last crime, and along with 61 other people, went to the Tom Green County Jail.

Torres Jr., who has been arrested in Tom Green County 30 times (including this one), had his run in with San Angelo Police on September 11.

Officer Tracy Gonzalez, public information officer for SAPD, said officers, at around 1:30 p.m., responded to the area of West 25th and North Irving for the report of indecent exposure. Upon arrival, officials located Torres, who was reported as standing naked in the street and “behaving in an odd way.”

“Torres was arrested for Indecent Exposure and transported to the Tom Green County Jail,” said Gonzalez.

Including Torres, 28 people were arrested on new crimes, 27 had outstanding warrants, and seven people had both new complaints and warrants.

The crimes to make the list are as follows:

  • Fleeing Police Officer: 1
  • Public Intoxication: 4
  • No Driver’s License: 1
  • Driving with Invalid License: 3
  • ICE Hold: 1
  • Theft: 4
  • Possession of Marijuana: 8
  • DWI: 5
  • DUI/Minor: 1
  • Assault Causes Bodily Injury: 2
  • Prohibited Weapon Knuckles: 1
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: 1
  • Criminal Trespass: 2
  • Burglary of Habitat: 1
  • Fail to Identify Giving False/Fictitious Info: 1
  • Possession of Controlled Substance: 1
  • Display Fictitious Motor Vehicle Registration: 1
  • Evading Arrest: 1
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: 1
