Big O Auto Burglarized in San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX - Since our last update, criminals in San Angelo continue to keep local law enforcement busy. Yesterday, sometime between 1 a.m. to 9 a.m., suspects burglarized Big O Auto at 2610 N. Chadbourne St.

San Angelo Police Sgt. Matt Vaughn said several items were taken, including two vehicles. Detective Gaeta is currently investigating the case and has identified possible suspects; however, because the investigation is ongoing and the suspects “are still at large,” Sgt. Vaughn said no other information can be released.

Although these suspects are still at large, 45 other people in San Angelo weren’t so lucky. Law enforcement arrested 45 people since the weekend. Out of those arrests, 20 people had outstanding warrants, 19 had new complaints, and 6 people had both new complaints and outstanding warrants.

Here are the crimes to make the new complaints list:

  • Possession of Controlled Substance: 3
  • Unauthorized Use of Vehicle: 1
  • Military Hold: 1
  • Border Patrol Hold: 7
  • Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled: 1
  • Assault Causes Bodily Injury: 2
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia: 2
  • Possession of Marijuana: 3
  • Public Intoxication: 2
  • Possession of Dangerous Drug: 2
  • Hold for SAFP: 1
  • Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse: 1
  • Driving w/ Invalid License: 1
  • Criminal Trespass: 2
  • Forgery of Financial Instrument: 1
