Since our last update, 41 people made their way to the Tom Green County Jail. This includes 33-year-old Scott Maike, who was arrested yesterday for an outstanding felony arrest warrant for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a 13-year-old. Additionally, Michael Stanley, San Angelo Crime Stoppers’ Fugitive of the Week, was also arrested.
Officer Tracy Gonzalez, public information officer for the San Angelo Police Department, said just before 3:00 p.m. yesterday, officers went to an apartment in the 4400 block of Southwest Blvd. to look for Maike.
“He was located inside the apartment and arrested without incident,” said Gonzalez. “The warrant stemmed from his Sexual Assault of a 13-year-old female in June 2016.”
Maike’s bond is set at $50,000.
Also, at around 7:30 p.m. yesterday, SAPD arrested Stanley in the 100 block of E. Harris.
“At the time of his arrest, Stanley was in possession of approximately .19 grams of methamphetamine,” said Kayce M. Thomson with Crime Stoppers.
Stanley was taken into custody without incident, and the investigation is still ongoing.
In addition to Maike and Stanley, and out of the 41 arrests, 19 people had outstanding warrants, 19 had new complaints, and three people had both warrants and new complaints.

- DWI: 1
- Assault Class C: 1
- Assault Causes Bodily Injury: 1
