SAPD and San Angelo Crime Stoppers Need Help Identifying Theft Suspect

San Angelo Police and San Angelo Crime Stoppers said they need help identifying a theft suspect or suspects.

Last month, a 9/11 monument located below the San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts was vandalized, and someone stole a piece of steel that was from the World Trade Center.

If anyone has information about this crime, please contact San Angelo Crime Stoppers. The first person to provide information that leads to the arrest of the suspect(s) and recovery of the monument could be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.

Citizens and local businesses have come together to add an additional amount to the reward given by Crime Stoppers.

Submitting a tip is easy and always anonymous. You can call the Anonymous 24-Hour Tip Hotline at 325-658-HELP; submit a web-tip at www.sanangelocrimestoppers.com  or download the app “P3 tips.”
