The suspect, identified as Brown, was later located in the 1800 block of Bailey Street. "26th Time on Robbery Charge and Outstanding Warrants" and this "Prince of Darkness" is still roaming the streets of San Angelo, Texas like a predator, awaiting his next victim! Come on people! This trash needs to be placed in a prison cell away from here for many years to come so that he may enjoy his retirement peacefully. Clearly he is not happy with his current environment so lets accommodate him! So sad that our Judicial System in San Angelo, TX allows this to happen! 'THERE'S A NEW KID IN TOWN"

Really? Is the old jail in San Angelo so overcrowded that they don't have room for a habitual offender? Or, realizing SAPD is going to a new records management system, was this guy arrested 25 times since they started the upgrade? Someone's asleep at the wheel and they are obviously wearing a black robe and holding court.

I don't believe for one minute that jail space is the only problem here. This all boils down to a local Judicial System that just doesn't give a damn anymore! Clearly, Judges in San Angelo are so overwhelmed with the number of criminals coming in and out of our courts that they seem to believe that the quickest and easiest way to deal with this problem is to release them back into society and hope that somehow they will "reform" themselves. This does not even take into consideration the criminal element freely roaming the streets of our city just waiting for an opportune time to prey on an innocent victim. How any Judicial System can possibly believe that someone with "26" Robbery and Warrants" charges can be rehabilitated is asinine! Just another example of a "FAILED JUDICIAL SYSTEM."
