The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in identifying the thieving suspect or suspects to hit the San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo. Recently, a series of items of high monetary value were stolen between Sunday, Feb. 7, and Friday, Feb, 12.

The following items went missing during that time frame:

  1. A gold and silver belt buckle with the words “Pro Rodeo Cowboys Assn. 2012” on top of the buckle, and the words “Clown of the Year” in the middle of the buckle. It also had the name “Justin Rumford” on the bottom of the buckle, and has a value of $10,000.00.
  2. A tan and black custom made belt with the words “Clown Royal” imprinted in purple on the back.
  3. A red football jersey with the name “Rumford” on the back.
  4. Two pair of Cinch oversized pants known as clown baggies.

TGCSO officials said these items have both a large monetary value and personal value to the owner. Officials hope to have these items returned to the owner as soon as possible.
