Four Indicted in Death of 69-Year-Old San Angelo Man

On Monday, Nov. 23, four suspects arrested in the death of a 69-year-old man who was shot at his home in the 500 block of N. Sellers were indicted on capital murder by terror threat.

During the early morning hours of Aug. 31, William Valdez, the victim, was at his home when Elisa Losoya, 28, Eric Martinez, 26, Fernando Lavaris, and Jonathan Marin, 26 broke into the man’s home. Valdez was shot during the invasion and succumbed to his injuries on Sept. 17—not too long after all suspects were caught.  

As of yet, bail has not been set.
