Law Enforcement Books Three Accused of Drug Dealing Monday

 

Three accused drug dealers were picked up by various agencies on Monday and booked into the county jail.

The first of the trio was 28-year-old Carlos Ivan Carrillo, who was booked by the San Angelo Police at 11:27 a.m. for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and no driver's license. Carrillo is being held in lieu of a $25,000 surety bond for the manufacture/delivery charge and a $440 bond for the no driver's license charge.

Roughly three hours later, Troopers with the Department of Public Safety booked 29-year-old Ricardo Flores Torres into the county jail for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. A bond has not been set for Torres.

The third man will celebrate his birthday behind bars, having been picked up on a warrant just hours after turning 27 at 2:26 a.m. Jose Jaime Guerra was wanted in the county on a motion to revoke probation warrant issued against a possession of a controlled substance. When he was arrested, he was also booked for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance between four and 200 grams, and marijuana possession. Guerra is being held against a $20,000 bond for his MTR and a $1,000 bond for the marijuana. No bond has been set for the manufacture/delivery charge.

In addition to those three, 21 others were booked into the county jail on Monday, including two booked on theft charges, one charged with assault, one charged with possession, one charged with marijuana possession and one charged with DWI, plus several others booked on warrants.
