ASU Police Jail Three for Furnishing Booze to Minors

 

Three 21-year-olds spent their Saturday mornings in jail over the weekend, when ASU police picked them up for purchasing/furnishing alcohol to minors. The three men were all booked just before 5 a.m., joining two more jailed for public intoxication and one booked for DWI in the county jail. 

On Saturday, a total of 32 individuals were booked into the jail, two of which were charged with assault, one with interfering with an emergency call, one with assault, one with DWI and one with resisting arrest. Twenty-seven were released on Saturday

Friday was a bit slower, when 29 inmates were booked into the jail, while 23 were put behind bars on Sunday. Both days three were picked up for public intoxication, while Friday saw one drunk driver as compared to Sunday's two, one of which was nearly twice the legal limit. 

One person apiece was booked for fraud, credit card abuse and drug possession on Friday. On Sunday, two were charged with assault, while one apiece was jailed for marijuana possession, theft, terroristic threat and resisting arrest. 

Thirty-four inmates were released on Friday. On Sunday, 18 inmates were released
