Police Investigate Early Morning Armed Robbery

 

San Angelo police are searching for a Hispanic male in his mid-20s, who robbed a local convenience store early Friday morning at gupoint.

Police responded to the Allsup's at 514 N. Main this morning at 2:46 a.m. and set up a perimeter, after dispatch received a call reporting a robbery. 

Officers made contact with the store clerks, who relayed to police that a Hispanic male in his mid-20s about 5’10”, 150 pounds, with short hair wearing dark clothing came into the store and exhibited a handgun and demanded the money from the cash register. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash.  The suspect was unable to be located.
