Male Flasher Exposes Himself to Teenage Boys

San Angelo police are seeking information from the public on a man who has recently exposed his genitals to two teens in different parts of San Angelo.

On April 6,  at approximately 5:40 p.m., police responded to the 6600 block of Knickerbocker near the KOA campground for a report of indecent exposure. A 16-year-old male reported while walking in the area, he was approached by a Hispanic male subject in a car.  The male subject asked the victim if he wanted a ride.  The victim did not respond and continued to walk.  The male subject pulled up next to the victim a second time and exposed his genitals to the victim and then drove away.

On April 20, at approximately 7:42 p.m., Police took a report for indecent exposure that occurred in the 1100 block of Shiloh.  A 15-year-old male reported he had been walking home from school on Shiloh when he noticed a male subject following him in a vehicle. The victim reported the male subject drove up next to him and showed him his genitals before driving away.

In both incidents, neither of the victims recognized the male subject, and they gave the same description of the vehicle and the male subject.  The vehicle is described as a medium sized 2008 to 2010 four door passenger car that is grayish blue in color.  The male subject was described as being a medium sized Hispanic male 25-30 years of age.

Anyone with information in reference to either of these incidents, or anyone who is approached for a ride or if you witness this type of suspicious behavior, especially near the KOA or along the river near Central High School, please contact the San Angelo Police Department immediately.  SAPD can be contacted at 325-657-4315.  Tips can also be given online or at 1-855-TIPS-247.
