Aggravated Assault and Harassment Mark Monday Jail Bookings

 

Violence was chief among the offenses alleged to have been committed within the last 24 hours, when two of nine arrested for alleged criminal activity were accused of aggravated assault, one with a deadly weapon, the other against a public servant. 

Both of the suspects jailed for assault were males and were picked up by the SAPD. In addition, another man was jailed for harassment, while two were charged with evading arrest, two for public intoxication and one for burglary. 

Warrant arrests included thsoe for robbery, terroristic threat and theft. 

A total of 19 inmates were booked on Monday, while 34 were released.
