This week the San Angelo Police Department is asking for your help in locating a wanted criminal.
Jason Kelly, 28, is a white male with blonde hair and blue eyes who weighs 230 pounds and is 6’03 in height. A warrant for stalking has been issued for Kelly’s arrest.
