The Tom Green County Jail saw an influx of 27 individuals on Tuesday, 19 of which were booked on warrants and an additional eight who were jailed on offenses alleged to have been committed that day.
Among those jailed on Tuesday was 25-year-old Stacy Denise Hernandez, accused of theft and making terroristic threats. Hernandez was booked by the SAPD at 4:26 p.m., and was joined by two additional females and five males accused of committing offenses on Feb. 24. Those offenses include public intoxication, marijuana possession, assault, and one more individual booked for theft.
The remaining 19 persons were booked on warrants and commitments relating to various traffic and drug offenses, as well as parole violations and motions to revoke probation.
Thirty-eight inmates were released on Tuesday.
