A 32-year-old Mexican National has been arrested in San Angelo for improper photography or visual recording after taking video of a female victim in a Walmart bathroom.
At approximately 6:24 p.m. on Feb. 14, San Angelo Police were dispatched to the Walmart on 29th St. for a subject taking a video recording of a 45-year-old Hispanic female while she was in one of the bathroom stalls.
The victim alerted Walmart staff of the incident. Walmart staff then made contact with a male subject, Jose Santos Argueta, in the women’s restroom. Argueta willingly exited the bathroom and stayed with Walmart staff until police arrived.
When police arrived, they made contact with all the involved parties and began an investigation. The investigation revealed that Agueta had been inside one of the women’s bathroom stalls when the victim entered the bathroom. While in one of the bathroom stalls, the victim could see a cell phone on the floor of the stall and could see herself on the screen. The victim realized she was being video recorded and reported it to Walmart staff.
Argueta allowed officers to look in his phone at the videos. Officers located a video of the victim in the bathroom on the phone.
Argueta was arrested for improper photography or visual recording and transported to the Tom Green County Jail. A Border Patrol hold was also placed on Argueta after it was learned he was in the country illegally.

How can this poor man be deemed to be in the country illegally when the 'tard in Washington has granted immunity to hundreds of thousands of river swimmers ? ? ?

PermalinkHolding a Mexican National for the border control. I didn't even realize this was done anymore. I thought we just enrolled them for low income housing, food stamps and healthcare. I wonder if he was using an Obama phone!
