ASU Police and TABC Jail Two for Alcohol-Related Offenses Sunday

 

Law enforcement agencies were out in full force on Sunday, rounding up individuals on a number of offenses that stemmed from the consumption of alcohol. 

Of the 19 jailed on Sunday, six were booked on alcohol-related offenses, including one person jailed by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) for public intoxication and one person jailed by the Angelo State University police for purchasing/furnishing alcohol to a minor. In addition, three were jailed for DWI, one of which had a blood-alcohol content level of .15, and another person was jailed for PI.

Sunday also saw two jailed for marijuana possession, one for assault, one for theft, one for poessession, one for resisting arrest, and one for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
