Seventeen inmates were put behind bars on Sunday, among them seven booked on alcohol-related charges. Of those, four were jailed for DWI, one of which had a blood alcohol content level of .15 or more, twice the legal limit. An additional two were jailed for public intoxication, as well as one for minor in consumption of alcohol.
Other bookings included one fighting charge, two marijuana possession charges, one evading arrest, one assault and one posession of a dangerous drug.
Several individuals were booked on multiple charges Sunday, and fifteen were released.
