A pair of wanted San Angelo residents were arrested on W. Avenue N. Saturday night after they cunningly hid their dope supplies in an open alcohol container.
Officer Patrick Garrett pulled over the black 2006 Ford Mustang just after 10:00 p.m. for a traffic violation and discovered the open container in the center console during the stop.

Officers also seized over $1,200 in cash from Gomez during the search incident to his arrest, an SAPD press release states.
Gomez racked up a number of charges, including: Driving While License Invalid, his city warrants, a Felony 2 Manufacture Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1, and a citation for the open container. Solis was charged with her outstanding Probation Violation Warrant, the release states.
