Multiple Crashes Reported in San Angelo Wednesday Morning

SAN ANGELO – Emergency responders were busy Wednesday morning after multiple crashes were reported in the city, briefly impacting traffic in several areas.

Crashes were reported at the intersection of South Van Buren and West Beauregard, along Loop 306 at Stone Canyon Trail, and in the 2600 block of Loop 306 eastbound. While initial reports classified them as major crashes, no life-threatening injuries were reported. They all happened in between 8 and 9:30 a.m. Most of the crashes were cleared by the time a reporter arrived.

Emergency crews temporarily blocked portions of affected roadways while clearing the scenes. At one location, a vehicle ended up partially lodged in a drainage ditch along the Loop 306 frontage road. You can watch a video of the scene being cleared above.
