Crash on Knickerbocker Sends Three to Hospital

SAN ANGELO, TX – A two-vehicle crash at the intersection of South Jackson Street and Knickerbocker Road on Wednesday afternoon resulted in three people being transported to a hospital for evaluation.

According to police at the scene, a four-door sedan rear-ended a Chevrolet Tahoe. Two people were inside the sedan, while the SUV had a single occupant. Emergency personnel responded, and all individuals involved were taken to Shannon Medical Center as a precautionary measure.

Police said no citations were issued at the time of the crash as investigators are looking into the possibility of a medical issue being a contributing factor.

Traffic in the area was temporarily slowed as first responders worked the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
