22-Year-Old Suffers Minor Injuries in Grape Creek Crash

GRAPE CREEK, TX — A single-vehicle crash near the intersection of West Grape Creek Road and Ballard Road resulted in minor injuries for a 22-year-old driver on Sunday afternoon.

It happened around 4 p.m. The vehicle, a black sedan, veered off the road and ended up in a wooded area. According to initial reports, the driver complained of minor head pain and was attended to by emergency personnel. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene, but further details about hospitalization remain unclear.

The scene was cleared by the Grape Creek Volunteer Fire Department, with assistance from the Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office and the Texas Department of Public Safety. 

The stretch of road near the crash was reopened shortly after emergency responders concluded their work. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
