SAN ANGELO, TX — A two-vehicle crash closed all westbound lanes of the Houston Harte Expressway over the Oakes Street overpass Friday evening.
The collision occurred just after 5 p.m. An eyewitness who called 9-1-1 told dispatchers the green truck was speeding. The same witness claimed the green truck rolled over, but first responders and on-scene reporting found no evidence of a rollover.
All westbound lanes remained blocked as emergency crews worked the scene.
