Rollover Crash on US 87 North of Grape Creek

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — At least two vehicles, a red Suburban and a small sedan, collided on US 87 north near the Old Sterling City Highway intersection a mile north of Grape Creek. Our reporter on the scene witnessed a trailer behind the Suburban that appeared to have two additional vehicles.

Three ambulances have departed the crash scene. Officials at the scene said three were rushed to the ER. One of the crash victims was entrapped in a rolled over vehicle.

All southbound lanes of US 87 are closed as Texas DPS investigates and the debris is cleared.

Multiple volunteer fire departments responded.

The crash happened just after 7 p.m.

Update 9 p.m. - a third car was spotted at the crash scene. At least three vehicles were involved.
