2-Car Crash Shuts Down Beauregard Near Koenigheim

SAN ANGELO, TX — A late-night crash shut down several lanes of traffic near the intersection of West Beauregard Avenue and Koenigheim Street on Monday night.

Watch a video of the scene below:

At around 10:35 p.m. on Monday, the San Angelo Police Department and other emergency personnel responded to a call for a major vehicle accident between a white crossover SUV and a white GMC Sierra.

The exact cause of the crash is unknown, but from the damage sustained by both vehicles the crash likely happened in the intersection of Beauregard and Koenigheim. The crossover SUV looked to have the most damage with its bumper completely detached and in the middle of the intersection.

Our reporter on the scene observed multiple people walking around at the crash, and no ambulance was present. The extent of any injuries sustained due to the crash are currently unknown.
