SAN ANGELO, TX — Emergency personnel responded to a structure fire near the intersection of East 10th and Volney streets around noon Tuesday, Sept. 30.

Witnesses at the scene reported seeing smoke before the San Angelo Fire Department arrived. Officials urge the public to avoid the area at this time.
The fire appeared to have originated inside the garage at a residence.
