15-Year-Old Boy Dies in Rollover Crash in Pecos County

 

PECOS COUNTY, TX — A 15-year-old boy died after a rollover crash in Pecos County on Sunday evening, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

DPS officials said the crash happened around 5:45 p.m. on June 29, when the teen was speeding on Railroad Avenue and failed to navigate a curve, causing the vehicle to roll over several times.

The boy was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced deceased at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
