Reagan County Sheriff Seeks Public’s Help in Hit-and-Run Investigation

 

BIG LAKE, TX – The Reagan County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash that occurred early Sunday morning.

According to the sheriff’s office, it happened around 2:30 a.m. June 8 in the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in Big Lake. Surveillance footage captured a red car fleeing the scene after striking a parked vehicle and continuing east on 10th Street.

No injuries were reported, but the driver did not stop to report the crash, the sheriff’s office stated. 

Anyone with dashcam footage, surveillance video, or information related to the case is asked to contact the Reagan County Sheriff’s Office at (325) 884-2424. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through the Reagan County Sheriff’s Office mobile app.
