WATCH: Major Crash at March Road Reportedly Leaves Woman Unconscious

 

SAN ANGELO, TX— A major crash involving two vehicles reportedly left one young woman unconscious.

Around 4:50 p.m., San Angelo EMS, San Angelo Fire Department, DPS, and the Grape Creek Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to the intersection of March Road and North US 87 regarding a major crash.

Scanner reports indicated that there was a 20-year-old woman who was unconscious and two young children that were injured as well. The condition of those injured is unknown.

 

Reporters observed one ambulance traveling away from the crash with lights and sirens active and multiple other ambulances responding to the crash.

A dark colored SUV and a black passenger car appeared to be the only two vehicles involved.

It is unknown the number of individuals who were transported to the hospital as reporters were asked to leave the scene by Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputy.

Over the years there have been to many accidents and too many deaths at this intersection for the county to just keep putting flashing lights and signs up.

This shortcut needs to be closed off form 87!!!
